Start, Promenade Approx. opposite Ushaka Marine World on the promenade heading north Approx. at the M4 underpass to the stadium returning south on the Promenade. Bearing right off the promenade into Bell St. Turning left into Albert Terrace Left into Camperdown Rd and through the boom at the back of Ushaka and finish on the promenade opposite Ushaka Marine World.
